Imagine if you could have all the confidence you get from surviving the most incredible, life changing event in your life before the event happened?
What if you never had to deal with adversity to find your inner strength? What if you could do so while you were safe and cosy in current life? What if you didn’t have to have a life altering experience to find your true potential but had the strength to do so before your life got out of control?

You’ve done your hypnobirthing sessions
You’ve packed your birth bag
You’ve had your first cuddle
And then it all starts to fall apart…
As a society, we have now started to wake up to the idea that the more you put into birth the more you get out. It’s clear from the amount of prenatal services you can buy – hypnobirthing, pregnancy yoga and pregnancy reiki all aim to empower and provide support to expectant parents. What is personalised hypnobirthing?
I think hypnobirthing is great, phenomenal even. I know the benefits and used it successfully during the birth of my own two children. For the purposes of this article and a lot of the work that I do with my clients, let’s just assume that hypnobirthing is a ‘must-have’ in your birth prep tool kit. Which it definitely is.

Whether you are wanting to become pregnant, already pregnant or have just had a baby, Reiki is one of the most gentle and healing treatments around. In this article I’ll give a little background into what Reiki is and how it can help you no matter what stage of the birth journey you are at.

One size does not fit all. We as a society, we know this all too well. We crave personalisation from the name we hate but love to give when ordering our morning cup of coffee to creating the perfect jewellery or designer pair of trainers. We want to do it our way. We want our opinions and voice to matter.
When it comes to birthing, in the western world, we are afforded an incredible amount of support and choice. For the most part can choose the setting, who we have with us even right down to what music will be playing when we have that all important first cuddle with our little baby/babies. It’s all about the search for finding what works for us.
