Being around a woman who is pregnant reminds us that we were someone’s baby once and that the circle of life is a part of all of us. And then it all starts to fall apart…

As a society, we have now started to wake up to the idea that the more you put into birth the more you get out. It’s clear from the amount of prenatal services you can buy – hypnobirthing, pregnancy yoga and pregnancy reiki all aim to empower and provide support to expectant parents. What is personalised hypnobirthing?

I think hypnobirthing is great, phenomenal even. I know the benefits and used it successfully during the birth of my own two children. For the purposes of this article and a lot of the work that I do with my clients, let’s just assume that hypnobirthing is a ‘must-have’ in your birth prep tool kit. Which it definitely is.
